The DA 400 EVO extrusion valve is an electro- pneumatically controlled applicator for the application of materials such as sealants, adhesives, greases or oils. The process is generated by the control air and the material feed pressure, and can take the form of either an intermittent or a continuous process.

The DA 400 MINI PEEK valve use the high features of PEEK (Polyether-Ethere-Cheton) to dispense very small amount of anaerobic glues, reaching technical results that are impossible to achieve with traditional diaphragm valves. The accuracy and speed of the needle closing, the really fine possible tuning of the amount dispensed, the speed of the solenoid valve make possible single dosing under 1 mm3, with the highest precision, also at 10 dosing/second.

The needle valve DA 500 was created to dispense with the maximum  precision big quantity of paste products such as silicones, silicone greases, resins, etc., or for industrial filling in a fast and accurate way.

Its construction allows the fluid to be supplied with high pressure, enabling the dispensing of medium to large beads, while maintaining high-speed handling.

The DA valve controller is based on a 4.3-inch operator panel / PLC, multilingual and with an immediate graphical interface. The controller allows very rapid setup and commissioning of the system up to a maximum of two valves, guaranteeing the possibility of saving different recipes, each with its own personalized dispensing parameters.

There is also a cycle counter function. The interface to PLC or production monitoring systems is simple and allows you to check or modify the parameters of the dispensing system. The control unit is also able to manage the control air of the valves both simple and double-acting, as well as the possibility of interfacing presence sensors that enable dispensing or that objectify the dosing that has taken place, rather than the product minimum level sensor.
