The manual spray valve DAS 200 is designed to spray various kind of fluids.

The ergonomic handgrip and is weight make it very easy to handle and use, and the operator can focus on the process.

The valve DAS 200 can be equipped with various kind of extensions to have anytime the right dispensing result.

The DAS valve controller is based on a 4.3-inch operator panel / PLC, multilingual and with an immediate graphical interface.

The controller allows very fast setup and commissioning of the system, and has been designed to manage spray valve spray applications; it guarantees the possibility of saving different recipes, each with its own personalized dispensing parameters and it also has a cycle counter function.

The interface to PLC or production monitoring systems is simple and allows to check or modify the parameters of the dispensing system

The control unit is also able to manage both the control air of the spray valve and the nebulization air, with the possibility of managing both with different timings to optimize spraying. The control unit also offers the possibility of interfacing presence sensors that enable dispensing or that objectify the completed dispensing, rather than the product minimum level sensor.
