Repair Center

When a DAV Tech component arrives at our Repair Center, it is placed in a dedicated area, awaiting inspection by one of our specialized technicians.

 

The repair process begins promptly, with the component being thoroughly inspected and disassembled according to DAV Tech’s standard procedures to identify any potential malfunctions.

 

Next, a detailed report is created, outlining the possible causes, which is shared with the customer, allowing them to provide any additional input that may assist in the repair. After the final report is generated, the sales department will send a detailed cost estimate, enabling the customer to decide whether to proceed with the repair or opt for purchasing a new valve, pump, or piece of equipment based on the severity of the issue.

 

Once the customer confirms, the DAV Tech technician will proceed to replace the damaged components, reassemble, and test the part to ensure proper functioning.

 

Upon completion of the repair, the entire process will be archived on our servers, linked to the part’s serial number, maintaining a history of all interventions for easy future reference.
