OPERATING PRINCIPLE
In the coupling, a cavity is generated between the rotor and stator, and as the motor rotates, the cavity is moved forward, creating vacuum in the inlet area and pressure in the outlet area. By controlling the rotation of the motor, perfect repeatability of the dispensing process is achieved.

INTEGRATION OF PCP PUMPS ON ROBOTS
PCP pumps are easy to integrate on 6-axis, Scara or Cartesian robots, with specific brackets, easy to create (DAV Tech can provide 3d models of the pumps). The small size and weight of the pumps therefore allows easy handling.

PCP PUMP DRIVE
PCP pumps can be controlled using different devices depending on integration needs.
Controllers allow the dosing system to be operational within minutes, while drivers (available with Profinet or Modbus connectivity) enable remote operation of the electrical panel and transfer all dosing parameters to the machine’s operator panel.

FEATURES
• Dispensing unaffected by temperature and viscosity variations
• Easy maintenance thanks to the pump’s design
• Availability of special versions, such as PEEK body, ceramic rotor, FEPM stator, etc.
• Ability to dispense filled materials without wear issues
• “Suck back” function to prevent dripping

Volumetric pumps PCP 050

PCP volumetric pumps represent the state of the art in the world of micro-dispensing. The pumps are driven by a geared motor with encoder and enable volumetric distribution in beads, droplets or filling of a determined volume with the highest precision, without being affected by the pressure of the inlet fluid, the viscosity and temperature of the material etc.
The motor, driven in one direction, delivers the fluid and, if controlled in the other direction, sucks in the fluid, preventing dripping and stabilizing the pressure on the nozzle.
