Smart Controller DA2000 DAV

The DAV valve controller is based on a 4.3-inch operator panel/PLC, multilingual, with an intuitive graphical interface. The controller enables rapid setup and system commissioning for up to two valves, allowing the storage of multiple recipes, each with its own customized dispensing parameters. A cycle counter function is also included.

Integration with PLCs or production monitoring systems is simple, allowing real-time control and modification of dispensing system parameters. The control unit can manage the actuation air for both single- and double-acting valves and can interface with presence sensors to enable dispensing or verify completed dosing, as well as a low-level fluid sensor.
