A company specializing in the production of industrial components needed a manual station for volumetric dispensing of grease, equipped with an integrated control system to ensure dispensing accuracy and ease of setup. The system had to be able to dispense Klueber grease on double O-ring seats, with a quick-change poka-yoke placement system, and integrate a mini-PLC for objectification and dispensing control.
