When using a piston or diaphragm pump to supply a fluid, it may be necessary to stabilize all the pulsations that the pump creates during its operation.

The DAT 090 pressure stabilizer is supplied complete with a mounting bracket and, with a maximum inlet pressure of 300 bar, allows for a stabilized outlet pressure between 10-60 bar, 20-120 bar, or 30-180 bar, depending on the model.

At the reducer outlet, it is possible to install a gauge or a digital pressure switch to easily set it and check its proper functioning over time.

Hydraulic pressure reducer DAT 090

The pressure stabilizer plays a dual role in a dispensing system: on one hand, it reduces the pressure to a set and constant value; on the other, it eliminates pulsations and pressure fluctuations.

DAT 090 stabilizers are available in various pressure ranges and offer the option to install a gauge or digital pressure switch at the outlet to monitor performance over time.
