OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The two pumps are controlled by the controller, which, once the desired resin-to-hardener ratio is set, automatically calculates the acceleration ramps and individual pump speeds. This ensures not only perfect proportioning but also simultaneous dosing of both components.
The mixing block, available in various shapes and sizes, allows for the attachment of different types of static mixers.
The optional pressure control system at each pump’s outlet helps detect any unwanted catalyzation in the mixing block or mixer, making the dosing process more robust and controlled.
