The fluid is pressurized and supplied by a piston pump, with a pressure stabilizer in series. The Dispensing valve is operated by a manual button, interfaced with the controller, which allows timing the dispensing cycle.

• HMI/PLC controller for Dispensing process management, 4.3” color display.
• Dedicated multilingual graphical interface.
• Easy interface with external PLCs via dedicated I/O ports.
• Cycle counter function, with good (OK) – no good (KO) feedback.
• Ability to create multiple recipes.
• Possibility to interface part presence or dispensing checksensors.

Manual dispensing system for High-Viscosity Fluids

The manual dispensing system for grease or sealants features a double-acting needle valve with an ergonomic handle and an electric switch to start dispensing.
