The resin and catalyst are drawn from the original drums and can be kept in agitation, recirculated, and heated if necessary. The GP gear volumetric pumps ensure high dispensing precision with a wide range of achievable flow rates. The DA2K valve allows for an immediate start/stop of the dispensing flow. The controller manages all process parameters and provides a series of extremely useful features.

FEEDING
• Resin and hardener feeding directly from original drums via diaphragm pump and custom lid
• Management of mechanical agitators in the drum and/or dynamic mixers on the head
• Thermoregulation management of the drum and/or tubing
• Minimum drum level management with alarm
• Possibility to feeding fluid also from cartridges or pressurized tanks

DISPENSING
• Pneumatic needle dispensing valve for bi-component dispensing with simultaneous opening of both channels
• Volumetric pump with a specific sealing system for resins
• Dispensing valve with mounting holes for interfacing and option to install a manual Dispensing handle
• Pressure transducer at the pump inlet and outlet for complete control
• Servo motors with reducers for pumps with closed-loop encoder control
• Volumetric dispensing, unaffected by viscosity, pressure, and temperature variations

PROCESS CONTROL
• Simple line PLC interfacing via Modbus TCP
• Complete management of all Dispensing parameters
• Jog or filling operation mode management
• Precise dispensed quantity management, with automatic purge capability
• Separate resin and hardener Dispensing mode for setup
• Remote or panel selection of unlimited programs
• Remote connection capability for tele-assistance
• Multilingual graphical interface

Volumetric proportioning and mixing system for Bi-Component Resin

Volumetric dispensing system with adjustable flow rate and dispensed quantity, ideal for medium-low viscosity bi-component resins such as polyurethane resins, epoxy resins, and silicone resins.

The GP gear volumetric pumps ensure high dispensing precision with a wide range of achievable flow rates. The DA2K valve allows for an immediate start/stop of the dispensing flow.
