Special nozzles

DAV Tech does not pull back when it is necessary to modify or customize a dispensing plant, or when it is necessary to build one or more ad hoc components for customer requests.

In industrial automation now the standard word no longer exists, and it is increasingly necessary to create special nozzles to reach difficult access areas, radially dispensing, to spray at 45°, etc.

DAV Tech is able to draw in 2d or 3d according to customers' requests and to realize in any material, and in short time with CNC machineries, nozzles, extensions and fluid distribution systems of any type.

DAV Tech specializes in the design and construction of special nozzles. The shape and the material used are chosen with the customer during project studying.

The nozzles depending on the case are made of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, Delrin, Teflon, etc.

Special products

Increasingly, processes have special needs, which are impossible to meet with standard components. DAV Tech in these cases combines its know-how about metering systems, a complete internal structure for mechanical and electrical design, finding and developing simple solutions to customer problems.
